How do I know if my order has been placed properly?

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation email showing details of the product/s you’ve bought.

How do I see the progress of my EssentiaGlow order?

Following your order confirmation email, we’ll send you other emails letting you know when your order has been shipped, when it’s out for delivery, and finally when it’s been delivered. If there are any delays in the delivery process, we’ll send you a shipping update email too. You can also track your orders by signing into your account here.

I’m having trouble placing my order?

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact customer service at kundservice@essentiaglow.se. We will offer you a refund through the payment method you used or send a replacement product. You may be required to provide proof of damage or incorrect goods sent.

I have entered the wrong delivery address, can this be changed?

If this happens before your order has begun to be processed, you may be able to cancel the order and place a new one with your correct address. If your order is in the middle of being processed and not yet shipped, we may still be able to help. Please contact kundservice@essentiaglow.se for help. If your order has already been dispatched, it is too late to change the delivery address.

I usually pay by invoice and I’ve lost the paper invoice that came with my package.

You will need to contact kundservice@essentiaglow.se for help. By the end of 2024, we will be stopping paper invoicing as a payment method. We encourage you to open a customer account and choose a different payment method at checkout. You can create an account by clicking here.

Why are you moving away from paper invoices?

We are an environmentally friendly brand and believe that we should do all we can to protect the planet and not create or send out unnecessary paper invoices. As the vast majority of our customers have emails and regularly go online, we’re encouraging everyone to choose a different payment method as soon as possible.

If I can’t pay by invoice, how can I pay for my products?

There are various payment options at checkout, for example payment through Klarna which offers you the option to defer payment as well as being quick and easy to use. Another option is paying by card. A full list of payment options is visible at checkout.

Can I amend the delivery details for my order?

If this happens before your order has begun to be processed, you may be able to cancel the order and place a new one with your correct delivery details. How do I track the delivery of my order?

We’ll let you know the status of your order by email during every step of the process. You can also track your orders by signing into or creating your account here.

What is your returns policy?

All customers have a right to withdraw from a purchase and return products within fourteen days of receipt of goods. Full details of your rights and the condition in which we expect goods to be returned are here. Unless an incorrect item has been sent or the product is damaged, you are responsible for the cost of the return postage.

How do I return items?

If you want to return an item to us – either through your right to withdraw or because the item was damaged or an incorrect one was sent – please wrap the product/s carefully in their  original packaging and any additional packaging that’s required to post it safely. Including the documentation that arrived with your package, please return the package to us: NEP AB, U-Box 300, 202 29 Malmo, Sweden. We will let you know by email once we’ve received your package and processed your refund.

How much does delivery cost?

In Sweden, we offer free shipping on orders over SEK 229. For anything below that, a shipping and handling free of SEK 49 is added.

In Germany, we offer free shipping on orders over €25. For anything below that, a shipping and handling free of €3.50 is added. Invoicing is not a payment option. 

In the UK, we offer free shipping on orders over £25. For anything below that, a shipping and handling free of £3.50 is added. Invoicing is not a payment option. 

How long will my order take?

Orders will generally be with you within 2 to 3 days in Sweden, and about a week for orders sent to Germany and the UK.

What are the benefits of having a customer account?

Having a customer account gives you far greater control over your orders. You can track your order, view your order history, amend your personal details easily if necessary, and check out more quickly. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one here.

My username and password isn’t working – what should I do?

The quickest way to solve this is to click on the reset password link and reset your password. Please make sure your login and password are typed in correctly.

How do I unsubscribe to EssentiaGlow emails?

To unsubscribe to EssentiaGlow emails, simply click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email sent from us and you will no longer receive our marketing. You will still receive order and delivery emails if you have placed an order.

How do I change my personal details?

You can change your personal details by logging into your account and amending the ‘My Details’ section. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one here.

What if I have concerns about my data and how it is handled?

A comprehensive summary of how we handle your data is outlined in our Privacy Policy which can be found here. Because we take data protection very seriously, we have dedicated employees in customer service who deal with just these matters. Why should I get a subscription?

Subscriptions are the easiest way of purchasing our products if you want to use them monthly or regularly. Taking out a subscription brings peace of mind and will save you having to remember to reorder your products. You’ll also get 10% off the price for any or all products you order through subscription.

Is my subscription monthly?

Yes. Our packets contain a month’s supply of a product.

How do I add an item to my subscription?

If you’re buying products for the first time, you can add as many subscription products to your basket as you like, and they will all be processed and sent out to you at the same time. You’ll also receive them at the same time monthly going forward. If you want to add a single item to a subscription, you’ll need to put in a separate order via our website. If you want to add more subscriptions, please take out a separate subscription online.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can only pause your subscription through your online account.

How do I change my delivery address for my subscription?

You need an online account to do this. To change your address in, go to the ‘My Details’ section.

How do I change my payment method for my subscription?

Why is EssentiaGlow Naturally Swedish and your products Made by Sweden?

EssentiaGlow is a brand owned by Nordic Essential Products AB, a Swedish company, founded and owned by a Swede, Claes Axelson. All product ideas and designs are generated by Claes and his team based in Sweden. Many of our products adhere to the longstanding Nordic tradition of using antioxidants, such as Nordic blueberries, and plants for health benefits.

Are you products non-GM?

Yes, all of our products are non-GM.

Do any of your products contain dairy or lactose?

No, all of our products are lactose free.

Do any of your products contain palm oil?

No, all of our products are palm oil free.

Which EssentiaGlow products are suitable for vegetarians?

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians apart from: Glucosamine Plus, Retina Saffron Vision +, Skin Collagen, Turmeric Curcumin and Omega-3 Fish Oil.

All of our products are Kosher apart from: Glucosamine Plus, Retina Saffron Vision +, Skin Collagen, Turmeric Curcumin and Omega-3 Fish Oil.

How should I take my EssentiaGlow products?

Apart from our delicious Apple Cider Vinegar gummies which should be chewed and swallowed, all of our tablets and capsules should be swallowed with water and preferably with food. Do not exceed the stated dose. None of our supplements should be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

Can I take a combination of EssentiaGlow products daily?

Yes! Our products work individually or together to support the immune system, good digestion, and energy levels. Some help to regulate sleep, and optimise brain, heart, eye, skin and joint health.

Can EssentiaGlow products be taken by children?

We don’t recommend that our products be taken by children younger than 12 and some products are only suitable for adults over 18. Suitable ages for those who can take our products are outlined in the product section. Please store our products out of the sight and reach of young children.

How is quality assured by EssentiaGlow?

We only work with suppliers who adhere to and comply with the highest standards of food safety.

Is EssentiaGlow an environmentally friendly brand?

Can anyone take EssentiaGlow products?

If you are taking any medication, have any medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any nutritional supplement.

How should I store my products and is there a sell by date?

Please store all products in a cool, dry place out of the sight and reach of young children. Yes, the use-by date for each product is clearly marked on the back label.
