How to take

One capsule twice a day, swallowed with water and preferably with food. Do not exceed stated dose. For ages 12+. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Store out of the reach of young children.

Our highly concentrated Omega-3 Fish Oil capsules are rich in EPA and DHA. These are two types of fatty acids that aren’t produced in the body and are essential for maintaining brain, heart, eye and skin health. The strong anti-inflammatory properties of omega-3 may help to relieve joint pain and stiffness, and increase suppleness in the body and skin.

Omega-3 fish oil TG min 550 mg, omega-3 (triglyceride form) min 330 mg, of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) min 165 mg, of which DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) min 110 mg, other omega-3 fatty acids min 55 mg
