Right of Withdrawal – Life Nutrition GmbH

When purchasing goods through our website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his purchase by giving notice to Life Nutrition GmbH within 14 days from when the Customer or the Customer's representative receives the ordered item (the cancellation period).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

  • goods with a broken seal (e.g. dietary supplements, cosmetic products)
  • goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old (for example food) 

The right of withdrawal can only be applied to the entire set. Life Nutrition GmbH does not accept returns of selected parts of a purchased set (but you can return the entire unopened set).

In connection with an order for goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, the Customer receives clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, the Customer must not break the seal if he wishes to be able to exercise his right of withdrawal. The right to change your mind thus ends when the Customer breaks the seal.

If the Customer wishes to cancel the purchase, the Customer must, before the expiry of the cancellation period, send a further message to Life Nutrition GmbH. The Customer must enter his name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If the Customer does not wish to use the above notification option, the Customer can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal developed by the Swedish Consumer Agency. Packages that are not picked up at an agent do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal and allow Life Nutrition GmbH the right to charge the customer SEK 250 in fees for completed work and shipping charges.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays the return shipping and is responsible for the condition of the goods after the Customer has received the goods and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date on which notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to Life Nutrition GmbH. The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

When the Customer regrets his purchase, he pays Life Nutrition GmbH return the amount the Customer paid for the item, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery which Life Nutrition GmbH offers. When part of an order is returned, the delivery cost is not refunded.

Life Nutrition GmbH pays back the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from that date Life Nutrition GmbH received the Customer's notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Life Nutrition GmbH, however, must wait with the refund until Life Nutrition GmbH received the goods or the Customer has shown that the goods have been sent back, e.g. through a submission receipt. The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment option that the Customer chose, provided that no other agreement has been made or that there are obstacles to such a refund.

Products

All products we sell on Life Nutrition GmbH are approved for use in Sweden. All products sold at Life Nutrition GmbH is only a supplement to advice from your doctor and/or therapist and is in no way intended to replace any medical examination or need for medical care.

The products on Life Nutrition GmbH should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. The recommended daily dose stated on the packaging should not be exceeded. Consider the importance of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from an illness or being treated with medication, you should always consult a doctor before using the products of Life Nutrition GmbH.

Warranty and complaint

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. Customers who wish to claim an error in an ordered product must contact Life Nutrition GmbH as soon as possible after the error is discovered via the contact details provided on the website. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the fault are always considered to have been submitted in good time. The customer has a three-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the website.

Life Nutrition GmbH is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.

When the complained item has been returned and the complaint has been approved will Life Nutrition GmbH to compensate the Customer in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Life Nutrition GmbH strives for this to happen within 30 days from the date that Life Nutrition GmbH received the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the product. Life Nutrition GmbH reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation.
