We want our customers to transition as easily as possible onto our new website, so below are some key points to help you do this. To get 10% off your subscription going forward, click on the link below.

What changes we’re making

We’ve updated our website, systems and operations to make things easier for you. We want your customer experience to be as good as it can be with us.

What you can expect from the new website

Our new website showcases all of our products. It’s also full of useful health information about the products and the collections we have: brain & cognitive function, digestive health, general wellness, heart & cardiovascular health, immune support & antioxidants, joint & bone health, skin & beauty, sleep & mood support, and vision & eye health.

Is the website easy to navigate?

Yes, it’s super easy to use and it will give you full control over your subscriptions or one-off purchases.

How will this affect me as a customer?

We are moving all of our customers to online payments only by the end of 2024. This means that we need your email address in order to continue your subscription.

You will have full control over your subscription

Having an online account will give you full control over your subscription. You can amend, add to or edit your subscription; track your order; view your order history; amend your personal or delivery details easily if necessary; and check out more quickly.

What payment methods are available?

For subscription customers, there are various payment options at checkout, for example payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Union Pay
or G Pay. To take advantage of your 10% discount, you will not be able to pay with Klarna or Swish. A credit card is the best option. If you wish to pay with Klarna or Swish, we will set you up as a recurring payment and you will receive an electronic invoice for payment ahead of your order being sent out to you.

Why should I get a subscription?

Subscriptions are the easiest way of purchasing our products if you want to use them monthly or regularly. Taking out a subscription brings peace of mind and will save you having to remember to reorder your products. You’ll also get 10% off the price for any or all products you order through subscription.

One-off purchases

While subscription is the easiest way to ensure you never run out of your favourite products, one-off purchases are available to all our customers. All payment methods are available including Swish and Klarna.

Pricing Alignments

We have been upgrading our website, systems and operations to ensure that your customer experience is as good as it can be with us. As with any upgrades, especially in this current economic climate, we’ve had to review our product and postage prices. With the cost of raw materials, transportation and inflation all rising significantly in recent years, we have had to adjust and update our prices accordingly.
We have made pricing alignments across our product range. While these may not necessarily impact you directly, we wanted to make you aware.
This will allow us to continue to produce the same high-quality, environmentally sustainable products that we are so proud of.

1. 10% SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT

One of our new features is our automated subscription plans. It’s hassle free and once you’re set up, there’s no further monthly action required by you. As an existing customer, if you wish to benefit from a 10% discount going forward, please follow the link below now, add your products to your basket online and proceed to checkout. Please note that the discount is not available for those wishing to pay by Klarna or Swish.

2. IF YOU’D PREFER TO PAY MANUALLY EACH MONTH

If you don’t choose the 10% discount, we will set you up as a recurring order on our new system and you will receive an email confirmation for your next order going out. The email will include a payment link for you to add in your payment details. Please note that you will need to do this monthly before your subscription is shipped. You can choose Klarna or Swish with this payment option.
